This is reflected in its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idisantiago.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/6.IDIS_.PlanFormacion_2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Training Plan<\/em><\/a>, whose annual programme includes over a hundred activities (courses, seminars, conferences, etc.). Among the plan\u2019s objectives are to promote translational research and research excellence, and to consolidate a system that fosters both the growth of the critical mass of researchers and their professional development.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idisantiago.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Researcher-career-path_FIDIS_v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Research Career Path<\/em><\/a> document provides information on all the grants and programmes available\u2014at regional, national and European level\u2014to help researchers progress through the various stages of their research careers. Among the resources available are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idisantiago.es\/convocatoria\/convocatoria-ayudas-intramurales-predoctorales-y-posdoctorales-del-idis-2025\/\">FIDIS\u2019s own pre-doctoral and post-doctoral grant schemes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>IDIS also has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idisantiago.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/5.IDIS_.Plan-de-Tutela-Grupos-Emergentes.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Support Plan for Emerging Research Groups<\/em><\/a>, which serves as a tool for fostering talent and building a critical mass of researchers.
