OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: Provision of the press and communication office service, in order to reinforce and expand the communication of the actions undertaken by the Institute.<\/p>\n
Planned actions:<\/p>\n
Support for the IDIS communication strategy and the development of the communication plan.<\/p>\n
Support in the institutional strategic definition of communication.<\/p>\n
Evaluation of the current communicative structure and proposal of adaptations for basic corporate communication support aligned with its vision, mission and values.<\/p>\n
Detection, monitoring and dissemination of actions, research results, activities and programs that are organized around the Institute.<\/p>\n
Basic advisory tasks in the design of the Institute’s dissemination campaigns.<\/p>\n
Reformulation of the web page design and periodic proposal of the corresponding updates to information and communication on the web page and social networks of the Institute.<\/p>\n
Services in relation to the media:<\/p>\n
Advice and support in the relationship with the media.
\nManagement of relations with the press, including reception and attention to requests from traditional and alternative media, monitoring of the news agenda, management of notes and meetings with the press.
\nSupport in the design, execution and journalistic writing of calls, notices, press releases, press conferences, interviews, reports or mailings to the media.
\nCapture and preparation of interviews and reports.
\nEXECUTION TIME: 8 months<\/p>\n
