Cultivos de enfermedades proliferativas tiroideas cong\u00e9nitas raras y cultivos de patolog\u00edas proliferativas: bocio multinodular, c\u00e1ncer diferenciado (DTC), met\u00e1stasis y c\u00e1ncer indiferenciado o anapl\u00e1sico (ATC).<\/li>\n<li>Proliferaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas somatotropas. Seguiremos combinando los descubrimientos en cultivos primarios, con la biolog\u00eda molecular en l\u00edneas celulares para posteriormente demostrar tambi\u00e9n la importancia en la hip\u00f3fisis humana y en modelos de ratones KO.<\/li>\n<li>Uso de sistemas de visualizaci\u00f3n fluorescente. Nuestro objetivo es utilizar una unidad de imagen para roedores con nuestros cultivos humanos para buscar modos de mejorar el tratamiento del carcinoma anapl\u00e1sico de tiroides. Creemos que con la existencia de modelos basados en c\u00e9lulas humanas podremos encontrar si no terapias directamente, al menos la explicaci\u00f3n fisiopatol\u00f3gica de su enorme agresividad.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo de l\u00edneas hipofisarias tumorales humanas. Con nuestra experiencia en el cultivo de tiroides humanos, quer\u00edamos intentar obtener una l\u00ednea hipofisaria.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizaci\u00f3n de sistemas lentivirales para expresi\u00f3n de siRNAs en la hip\u00f3fisis mediante estereotaxia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Research team&#8221;
