En particular, estamos interesados en estudiar el papel de las modificaciones de ARN (Epitranscript\u00f3micas) y su interrelaci\u00f3n con las modificaciones en la cromatina (Epigen\u00e9ticas) en la biolog\u00eda de c\u00e9lulas pluripotentes, durante el envejecimiento y en el rejuvenecimiento celular.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mecanismos epigen\u00e9ticos y epitranscript\u00f3micos involucrados en el envejecimiento y enfermedades asociadas.<\/li>\n<li>Impacto de la modificaci\u00f3n hm5C en el ARN en el envejecimiento celular en contexto de obesidad.<\/li>\n<li>Funci\u00f3n de TET2 en ARN en envejecimiento y rejuvenecimiento celular.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Research team&#8221;
