O selo \u00e9 unha ferramenta que axuda \u00e1s organizaci\u00f3ns para mellorar a eficiencia, a eficacia e o impacto das acci\u00f3ns que levan a cabo para crear unha <strong>contorna laboral atractiva<\/strong> e promover a <strong>excelencia cient\u00edfica<\/strong>, garantindo o cumprimento dos <strong>principios \u00e9ticos fundamentais<\/strong> e a <strong>integridade da investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As organizaci\u00f3ns acreditadas aplican os <strong>20 principios<\/strong> da Carta Europea do Investigador, articulados en <strong>catro piares<\/strong> que cobren todos os aspectos dunha carreira investigadora.<\/p>\n<p>O IDIS e a s\u00faa fundaci\u00f3n xestora contan con pol\u00edticas, procedementos e mecanismos internos ali\u00f1ados con estes principios, que definen o marco de traballo do seu equipo de investigaci\u00f3n e impulsan o desenvolvemento das s\u00faas carreiras cient\u00edficas, como se detalla nos diferentes apartados desta secci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_3&#8243;
