Isto faise mediante unha combinaci\u00f3n de enfoques prote\u00f3micos e funcionais. O obxectivo \u00e9 investigar as plaquetas a nivel molecular para identificar novos biomarcadores e dianas farmacol\u00f3xicas que poidan axudar a tratar\/diagnosticar a aterotrombose. Estanse investigando posibles obxectivos farmacol\u00f3xicos identificados por prote\u00f3mica para atopar pequenas mol\u00e9culas que poidan inhibilos\/modulalos.<\/p>\n<h3>Li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>As principais li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n relacionadas coa busca de biomarcadores plaquetarios e dianas farmacol\u00f3xicas na obesidade e enfermidade cardiovascular. Invest\u00edganse plaquetas e ves\u00edculas extracelulares. Os f\u00e1rmacos antitromb\u00f3ticos b\u00fascanse fronte a algunhas das dianas identificadas.
