Contr\u00f3lase con precisi\u00f3n para garantir que xenes espec\u00edficos se expresen nos momentos e niveis adecuados en resposta a diversos sinais xen\u00e9ticos e ambientais, o que determina os procesos biol\u00f3xicos que operan na c\u00e9lula. Polo tanto, a s\u00faa alteraci\u00f3n a mi\u00fado conduce \u00e1 enfermidade.<br \/>Empregando enfoques tanto experimentais como computacionais, o noso laboratorio tien como obxectivo deconstru\u00edr a base mecanicista para o control da expresi\u00f3n x\u00e9nica en contextos patol\u00f3xicos e de desenvolvemento no nivel de xenes individuais a xenomas completos.<\/p>\n<h3>Li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Estamos interesados en m\u00faltiples aspectos do control da expresi\u00f3n x\u00e9nica, inclu\u00eddos os mecanismos de control transcricional, traslacional e postraducional, cun enfoque particular nos trastornos nerviosos, as enfermidades hep\u00e1ticas e o cancro.<\/p>\n<p>1. Trastornos dos nervios: o traballo no laboratorio aborda unha serie de problemas entrelazados na biolox\u00eda das c\u00e9lulas de Schwann, que van desde a mielinizaci\u00f3n axonal ata a resposta das c\u00e9lulas de Schwann a afecci\u00f3ns patol\u00f3xicas, inclu\u00eddas lesi\u00f3ns nerviosas, trastornos xen\u00e9ticos, ataque de c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias e infecci\u00f3ns microbianas.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cancro: Estamos enfocados na identificaci\u00f3n de dianas terap\u00e9uticas para a neurofibromatose tipo 1 e os tumores malignos da vaina do nervio perif\u00e9rico (MPNST).<\/p>\n<p>3. Enfermidade hep\u00e1tica: estamos investigando os mecanismos moleculares que subxacen \u00e1s respostas celulares hep\u00e1ticas a enfermidades hep\u00e1ticas cr\u00f3nicas de diversas etiolox\u00edas, inclu\u00edda a enfermidade do f\u00edgado graxo non alc\u00f3lico (EHGNA), f\u00e1rmacos e enfermidade colest\u00e1sica, as\u00ed como a resposta rexenerativa hep\u00e1tica despois da resecci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Equipo investigador&#8221;
