Implementaci\u00f3n e desenvolvemento de estudos xen\u00f3micos do cancro en Galicia:<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Cancro de mama: BREast Oncology GAlicia Network (BREOGAN). Este estudo xen\u00e9tico-epidemiol\u00f3xico conta con datos exhaustivos e mostras de m\u00e1is de 2000 pacientes con cancro de mama e 2000 controis. Incl\u00fae: (i) Estudo base-poboacional. (ii) Estudo de desenvolvemento de novos marcadores de risco\/diagn\u00f3sticos. (iii) Estudo en homes. (iv) Ensaio cl\u00ednico de vitamina D e (v) Avaluaci\u00f3n do efecto do Microbioma na etiolox\u00eda e resposta \u00f3 tratamento oncol\u00f3xico est\u00e1ndar do cancro de mama.<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Cancro colorrectal: GALicia Estudo ONcol\u00f3xico COlon (GALEON). 500 doentes e 1000 controis.<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Cancro de vexiga: Galicia Bladder Cancer Study (GBCS). 500 doentes e 800 controis.<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 Cancro de pr\u00f3stata: PRostate Cancer Associations Genetics Galicia (PRAGGA). 700 enfermos e 1000 controis.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>2. Inclusi\u00f3n en iniciativas xen\u00e9ticas e xen\u00f3micas internacionais:<\/div>\n<div>Iniciativa global OncoArray, outros GWAS, proxectos europeos Horizon 2020 B-CAST\/BRIDGES, a trav\u00e9s dos que se identificaron centos de variantes xen\u00e9ticas de susceptibilidade \u00f3 cancro de mama, pr\u00f3stata, colorrectal, vexiga, leucemia linfobl\u00e1stica aguda, linfoma de Hodgkin, mieloma m\u00faltiple e cancro testicular.<\/div>\n<h3>Li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>1. Investigaci\u00f3n xen\u00e9tico-epidemiol\u00f3xica do cancro en Galicia: Cancro de mama (BREOGAN), pr\u00f3stata (PRAGGA), colorrectal (GALEON), vexiga (GBCS). Real\u00edzanse estudos GWAS, estudos de secuenciaci\u00f3n, B-CAST (http:\/\/www.b-cast.eu\/), BRIDGES (BReast Cancer RIsk after Diagnostic Gene Sequencing, https:\/\/bridges-research.eu\/).<br \/>2. Desenvolvemento e Implementaci\u00f3n de BOADICEA e PRS como ferramenta de cribado na poboaci\u00f3n galega.<br \/>3. Proxecto ISCIII PI17\/00918: Oxidative stress-induced apoptosis pathway in breast cancer: biochemical and Mendelian Randomization analysis.<br \/>4. Quimio-prevenci\u00f3n do cancro. Ensaio cl\u00ednico de vitamina D en mulleres a alto risco de padecer cancro de mama.<br \/>5. Estudos de epidemiolox\u00eda xen\u00e9tica de cancro de est\u00f3mago e de pulm\u00f3n. Os seus obxectivos son captar pacientes novos diagnosticados con cancro de est\u00f3mago, e pacientes non fumadores diagnosticados con adenocarcinoma de pulm\u00f3n, e identificar firmas xen\u00f3micas asociadas a estas neoplasias.<br \/>6. Microbioma en cancro de mama. Avaliaci\u00f3n do efecto do Microbioma na etiolox\u00eda e resposta \u00f3 tratamento oncol\u00f3xico est\u00e1ndar do cancro de mama.<br \/>7. Determinantes xen\u00e9ticos de infecci\u00f3n por Coronavirus.
