Estes enfoques, reflectidos na diversidade da nosa investigaci\u00f3n, centr\u00e1ronse nos seguintes obxectivos principais:<\/p>\n<p>1. Identificaci\u00f3n de xenes que impulsan a oncox\u00e9nese e a progresi\u00f3n tumoral en neoplasias hematol\u00f3xicas.<br \/>2. Identificaci\u00f3n de v\u00edas de sinalizaci\u00f3n alteradas de xeito recorrente no xenoma de tumores hematol\u00f3xicos.<br \/>3. Desenvolvemento de modelos pron\u00f3sticos de aprendizaxe autom\u00e1tica en diferentes tipos de malignidades oncohematol\u00f3xicas baseados en informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica e molecular.<br \/>4. Desenvolvemento de modelos preditivos de resposta a f\u00e1rmacos ou combinaci\u00f3ns de f\u00e1rmacos baseados na integraci\u00f3n de variables moleculares e cl\u00ednicas.<\/p>\n<h3>Li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>1. Desenvolvemento de novos modelos progn\u00f3sticos baseados en datos de grupos colaborativos nacionais e internacionais.<br \/>2. Estandarizaci\u00f3n de modelos cl\u00ednicos e moleculares para mellorar a estratificaci\u00f3n do risco de pacientes con neoplasias hematol\u00f3xicas, en particular linfomas, mielomas e neoplasias mieloides.<br \/>3. Desenvolvemento de novas puntuaci\u00f3ns para predicir a resposta aos f\u00e1rmacos nos ensaios cl\u00ednicos.<br \/>4. Creaci\u00f3n de novos sistemas de visi\u00f3n por ordenador (computer vision) para inferir patr\u00f3ns progn\u00f3sticos baseados en redes neuronais profundas e transferencia de aprendizaxe.<br \/>5.
