Estas actividades incl\u00faen estudos observacionais, proxectos multic\u00e9ntricos, estudos de prevalencia e avaliaci\u00f3ns da pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica, as\u00ed como o desenvolvemento e a avaliaci\u00f3n de protocolos baseados na evidencia, algoritmos cl\u00ednicos e materiais educativos. O grupo tam\u00e9n ofrece formaci\u00f3n de grao, posgrao e educaci\u00f3n continua para profesionais sanitarios, incorporando metodolox\u00edas de ensino innovadoras, simulaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica e investigaci\u00f3n aplicada. Ademais, o grupo promove actividades educativas e de divulgaci\u00f3n para o p\u00fablico en xeral, pais, coidadores e pacientes, destinadas a mellorar o co\u00f1ecemento, o autocoidado, a prevenci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3ns e a participaci\u00f3n activa no proceso de atenci\u00f3n.   <\/p>\n<h3>Li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coidado da pel e coidados do desenvolvemento en neonatos, inclu\u00edndo a avaliaci\u00f3n da integridade da pel, a prevenci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3ns, o tratamento e a integraci\u00f3n do coidado da pel cos coidados centrados no desenvolvemento e na familia.<\/li>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3ns cut\u00e1neas en neonatos, nenos e adultos, inclu\u00edndo feridas, lesi\u00f3ns por presi\u00f3n, lesi\u00f3ns asociadas \u00e1 humidade, lesi\u00f3ns por fricci\u00f3n e cizallamento, lesi\u00f3ns relacionadas con dispositivos m\u00e9dicos e pel fr\u00e1xil, abordando a detecci\u00f3n de fallos e erros, boas pr\u00e1cticas e os co\u00f1ecementos, actitudes e pr\u00e1cticas do persoal de enfermar\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Ostom\u00edas en neonatos, pediatr\u00eda e adultos, centradas no manexo integral, prevenci\u00f3n e tratamento de lesi\u00f3ns peristomais, as\u00ed como no desenvolvemento, implementaci\u00f3n e avaliaci\u00f3n de protocolos de atenci\u00f3n e materiais educativos dirixidos a profesionais, pacientes e familias.<\/li>\n<li>Boas pr\u00e1cticas e baseadas na evidencia no acceso vascular en neonatos, pediatr\u00eda e adultos, abordando a selecci\u00f3n de dispositivos, a inserci\u00f3n, o mantemento, a prevenci\u00f3n de complicaci\u00f3ns e a implementaci\u00f3n de recomendaci\u00f3ns baseadas na evidencia cient\u00edfica.<\/li>\n<li>Integraci\u00f3n da atenci\u00f3n e continuidade da atenci\u00f3n entre a Enfermar\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria e a Enfermar\u00eda de Atenci\u00f3n Hospitalaria, con especial atenci\u00f3n \u00e1 coordinaci\u00f3n dos plans de coidados, \u00e1 monitorizaci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3ns cut\u00e1neas e ostom\u00edas e ao avance das v\u00edas de atenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Empoderamento de pais, nais, pacientes e coidadores, dirixido a:\n<ul>\n<li>promover a participaci\u00f3n activa no coidado da pel e na prevenci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3ns,<\/li>\n<li>mellorar o co\u00f1ecemento, a autonom\u00eda e a toma de decisi\u00f3ns compartidas,<\/li>\n<li>desenvolver e avaliar materiais educativos adaptados \u00e1s diferentes etapas da vida e contextos de coidados,<\/li>\n<li>favorecer a corresponsabilidade nos coidados e a continuidade asistencial no domicilio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n, actualizaci\u00f3n de co\u00f1ecementos e investigaci\u00f3n aplicada, orientada \u00e1 formaci\u00f3n de grao, posgrao e continua, \u00e1 participaci\u00f3n activa en congresos e xornadas cient\u00edficas, \u00e1 difusi\u00f3n do co\u00f1ecemento e ao dese\u00f1o e participaci\u00f3n en futuros proxectos de investigaci\u00f3n, competitivos e non competitivos, incorporando metodolox\u00edas docentes innovadoras e simulaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica.<\/li>\n<li>Humanizaci\u00f3n dos coidados en persoas adultas, pediatr\u00eda e Atenci\u00f3n Primaria, orientada a:\n<ul>\n<li>promover unha atenci\u00f3n centrada na persoa e na familia,<\/li>\n<li>integrar a humanizaci\u00f3n nos coidados da pel, na prevenci\u00f3n de lesi\u00f3ns e no manexo de procesos cr\u00f3nicos,<\/li>\n<li>mellorar a experiencia do paciente e das familias ao longo do proceso asistencial,<\/li>\n<li>desenvolver e avaliar intervenci\u00f3ns, protocolos e boas pr\u00e1cticas que reforcen a comunicaci\u00f3n, a participaci\u00f3n activa e a continuidade da atenci\u00f3n, especialmente no \u00e1mbito da Atenci\u00f3n Primaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>O grupo mant\u00e9n unha vocaci\u00f3n aberta \u00e1 colaboraci\u00f3n con outros grupos de investigaci\u00f3n, contribu\u00edndo activamente \u00e1 xeraci\u00f3n de co\u00f1ecemento compartido e ao avance da pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Equipo investigador&#8221;
