O grupo col\u00f3case como referencia nacional na investigaci\u00f3n do<br \/>neurodesenvolvemento con perspectiva de x\u00e9nero. A l\u00edder, Montse Fern\u00e1ndez Prieto, lidera a investigaci\u00f3n na camuflaxe social de trazos autistas a nivel nacional, mediante a adaptaci\u00f3n e validaci\u00f3n da primeira ferramenta en castel\u00e1n, o CAT-Q-ES,<br \/>de aplicabilidade directa no \u00e1mbito asistencial e asociativo. O feito de apostar por aplicar novas tecnolox\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n no TEA, no TDAH e no TOC, ofrece a posibilidade de realizar publicaci\u00f3ns en revistas de alto impacto e con potencial<br \/>transferencia ao campo asistencial.<\/p>\n<h3>Li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Li\u00f1a de investigaci\u00f3n en Trastornos do Neurodesenvolvemento: esta li\u00f1a de investigaci\u00f3n, cun inicio que data do ano 2012, constit\u00fae a principal fonte de recrutamento para establecer a cohorte galega de pacientes con diagn\u00f3stico de TEA. Esta cohorte, conformada por m\u00e1is de 650 pacientes, ofrece un medio ideal para levar a cabo tanto investigaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica como m\u00e1is nova na representaci\u00f3n do amplo espectro do autismo. Nos \u00faltimos 5 anos lev\u00e1ronse a cabo numerosas tarefas:\n<ul>\n<li>Exploraci\u00f3n das interacci\u00f3ns entre factores xen\u00e9ticos, ambientais e sociais na determinaci\u00f3n das diferenzas cognitivas e do neurodesenvolvemento, e que se realizou co apoio do Convenio de investigaci\u00f3n asinado coa Fundaci\u00f3n Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Jove.\n<ul>\n<li>Recrutamento de 250 novos participantes con diagn\u00f3stico TEA desde a idade de 3 anos con caracterizaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica e fenot\u00edpica b\u00e1sica.<\/li>\n<li>Caracterizaci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica ampla de 160 pacientes no contexto do proxecto Cohorte ESTEA PMP21\/00051.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Estudos neurocognitivos en TEA:\n<ul>\n<li>Examinar a relaci\u00f3n entre funci\u00f3ns executivas, procesamiento sensorial e comportamento en pacientes con diagn\u00f3stico de TEA, a trav\u00e9s dunha caracterizaci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica exhaustiva.<\/li>\n<li>Emprego de novas ferramentas de avaliaci\u00f3n das funci\u00f3ns executivas como \u00e9 a bater\u00eda CANTAB nunha mostra de adolescentes con diagn\u00f3stico de TEA, as\u00ed como en poboaci\u00f3n control, para o estudo comparativo do funcionamento executivo do TEA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Estudo da camuflaxe social no TEA: An\u00e1lise da influencia do x\u00e9nero na manifestaci\u00f3n e diagn\u00f3stico dos trastornos do neurodesenvolvemento:\n<ul>\n<li>Establecemento das bases da li\u00f1a de investigaci\u00f3n en camuflaxe en TEA.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptaci\u00f3n e validaci\u00f3n en poboaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola do Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q) versi\u00f3n autoadministrada, levada a cabo coa autora do cuestionario orixinal, a Dra. Laura Hull. Este instrumento aval\u00eda como as persoas adultas modifican ou disimulan trazos autistas para encaixar en contextos sociais. O CAT-Q-ES xa est\u00e1 dispo\u00f1ible para o seu uso cl\u00ednico e en investigaci\u00f3n, e cobre unha necesidade importante no contexto espa\u00f1ol.<\/li>\n<li>Creaci\u00f3n dun algoritmo de aprendizaxe autom\u00e1tica para predicir comorbilidades emocionais no autismo (ansiedade ou depresi\u00f3n) a partir da camuflaxe de trazos autistas, co obxectivo de anticipar intervenci\u00f3ns personalizadas.<\/li>\n<li>Investigaci\u00f3n sobre os efectos da camuflaxe social na sa\u00fade mental: prof\u00fandase sobre a asociaci\u00f3n que se establece entre camuflaxe social dos trazos autistas, comportamentos suicidas e ansiedade en persoas con diagn\u00f3stico de TEA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Li\u00f1a de investigaci\u00f3n en Trastorno por D\u00e9ficit de Atenci\u00f3n e Hiperactividade: c\u00e9ntrase no estudo fenot\u00edpico e neurocognitivo de persoas con diagn\u00f3stico de TDAH, desde etapas temper\u00e1s do desenvolvemento \u00e1 adultez. Nos \u00faltimos cinco anos lev\u00e1ronse a cabo numerosas tarefas a apuntar dentro desta li\u00f1a:\n<ul>\n<li>Avaliaci\u00f3n do funcionamento executivo de mozos e adolescentes con TDAH para co\u00f1ecer m\u00e1is sobre o papel da disfunci\u00f3n executiva como trazo central do TDAH.<\/li>\n<li>Estudo sobre a relaci\u00f3n entre desregulaci\u00f3n emocional e disfunci\u00f3n executiva en persoas con diagn\u00f3stico de TDAH<\/li>\n<li>Camuflaxe de s\u00edntomas de TDAH: investigaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de x\u00e9nero.\n<ul>\n<li>Expl\u00f3ranse as estratexias que levan a cabo persoas adultas con TDAH para camuflar os seus s\u00edntomas en ambientes sociais, as\u00ed como as motivaci\u00f3ns para que isto aconteza.<\/li>\n<li>Tense en marcha a adaptaci\u00f3n e validaci\u00f3n do cuestionario ECaSTDAH, dese\u00f1ado para detectar condutas de camuflaxe en TDAH en persoas adultas maiores de 18 anos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Li\u00f1a de investigaci\u00f3n en Trastorno Obsesivo Compulsivo: enf\u00f3case no co\u00f1ecemento m\u00e1is profundo do funcionamento executivo e do papel que pode ter no campo da resposta ao tratamento farmacol\u00f3xico.\n<ul>\n<li>Estudos sobre o funcionamento executivo de persoas con diagn\u00f3stico de TOC:\n<ul>\n<li>Estudos sobre a memoria non verbal c\u00f3rtoa e longo prazo e as habilidades organizativas.<\/li>\n<li>Analizar como os contextos emocionais modulan o funcionamento executivo, comparando pacientes con TOC e poboaci\u00f3n xeral.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar un estudo das bases xen\u00e9ticas das funci\u00f3ns executivas en TOC co obxectivo de mellorar a comprensi\u00f3n da prognosis do TOC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Investigaci\u00f3n sobre a COVID-19:\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00e9vase a cabo un estudo sobre o impacto que a pandemia de COVID\/COVID\/COVID\/COVID\/COVID\/COVID\/COVID\/COVID\/COVID- 19 tivo na sintomatolox\u00eda de persoas con diagn\u00f3stico de TOC, un estudo colaborativo coa Unidade do TOC do Hospital de Bellvitge.<\/li>\n<li>Creaci\u00f3n un modelo de aprendizaxe autom\u00e1tica para predicir empeoramentos sintomatol\u00f3gicos do TOC no caso de acontecer novos per\u00edodos de confinamento como o da COVID-19, de forma que se poidan detectar pacientes en risco e aplicar medidas preventivas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cohortes de seguimento a longo prazo:\n<ul>\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n do primeiro estudo para predicir a prognosis do TOC nun cohorte a seguimento durante m\u00e1is de dez anos, o primeiro estudo realizado tan a longo prazo para comparar a variabilidade sintomatol\u00f3gica no TOC<\/li>\n<li>Dese\u00f1o dun algoritmo con t\u00e9cnicas de aprendizaxe autom\u00e1tica para predicir mellora ou empeoramento sintomatol\u00f3gico no TOC a longo prazo, co obxectivo de identificar perf\u00eds de risco e orientar intervenci\u00f3ns temper\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Predici\u00f3n da resposta ao tratamento psicofarmacol\u00f3gico no TOC:\n<ul>\n<li>Estudo das funci\u00f3ns executivas e a s\u00faa relaci\u00f3n coa resposta ao tratamento farmacol\u00f3xico, logrando relacionar as habilidades organizativas cunha mellor resposta ao tratamento con Inhibidores Selectivos da Recaptaci\u00f3n da Serotonina.<\/li>\n<li>Detecci\u00f3n de funci\u00f3ns executivas \u00fatiles para predicir a resposta as distintas estratexias farmacol\u00f3xicas, e creaci\u00f3n dun modelo de predici\u00f3n de resposta ao tratamento farmacol\u00f3xico en TOC empregando t\u00e9cnicas de intelixencia artificial.<\/li>\n<li>Fen\u00f3meno do suicidio no TOC: identificaci\u00f3n de factores de risco de condutas suicidas, aplicando t\u00e9cnicas de intelixencia artificial para anticipar situaci\u00f3ns de alarma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Equipo investigador&#8221;
