Objetivos y líneas de investigación
Objetivos
Los objetivos principales son:
a) Estudiar los mediadores de la respuesta inflamatoria asociada al trauma quirúrgico y analizar la compartimentalización de esta respuesta en la cavidad pericárdica y cavidad pleural.
b) Estudiar la asociación entre el fenotipo de la grasa peiráórtico y los procesos de apotosis de la túnica media arterial.
c) Análisis proteómico de la grasa subcutánea, epicárdico-visceral y perivascular y su respuesta a diferentes estímulos

2. Respuesta inflamatoria secundaria a la agresión quirúrgica
3. Degeneración tisular de material protésico y resistencia de materiales
