Descripción
The Massive Sequencing Unit has the necessary equipment to carry out sequencing experiments on complete genomes, exomes, RNAseq, etc. It has seven second-generation sequencers and complementary equipment for sample preparation such as liquid dispensing robots, the Covaris E220 ultrasonicator, DNA quantification systems, etc.
On the other hand, the Sequencing Unit has a powerful infrastructure for data storage and computing through an agreement with the Galician Supercomputing Center (CESGA).
