We research for you
At the Health Research Institute of Santiago de Compostela (IDIS) we believe that research is key to find the solution to the current and future health problems of our society.
Thanks to people like you we can carry out research projects with the aim of improving our health care system.
In addition to this, personal donations to one of our projects can be deducted within the limits stipulated by Spanish Law 49/2002, which allows for a 75% deduction in the income tax declaration for the first 150 euros donated by natural persons. From this amount up, donations may be deducted at 30% or 35%, if they are regular donations made during at least three years to the same entity for the same amount of money or for a higher amount.
You can check the tax deduction percentages corresponding to donations for the IRPF (Individual Income Tax Return) and for the Corporate Income Tax in the case of corporations at the Spanish Public Tax Administration website.
** All donations will be channelled through the Health Research Institute Foundation of Santiago de Compostela (FIDIS, Fundación Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Santiago de Compostela), a non-profit entity whose purpose is health research. The Foundation manages the activity developed by the different research groups of the University Hospital of Santiago de Compostela.
