La plataforma dispone de un microscopio confocal Leica TCS SP8 para el análisis de células en cultivo, tejidos y otras muestras biológicas (pez cebra, matrices para cultivo tridimensional, etc).
Description
Image analysis allows studying the growth, proliferation and migration of cells in culture, the effects of a treatment on the viability of cells and tissues, integration with different biocompatible materials, etc.
The confocal microscopy technique allows to carry out fluorescence or confocal microscopy analysis, obtaining images of greater sharpness and contrast, as well as greater vertical and horizontal resolution.
