Course characteristics: This is an intensive theoretical-practical course concerning thyroid pathology diagnosis with emphasis on cytological, histopathological, immunohistochemical and molecular features. The course is aimed at pathologists-in-training and in-practice, combining lectures, slide seminars, personal observation of 90 cases under a microscope and discussion of these cases. Continuing Education Credits requested from the Spanish National Health System. Official languages of the course will be English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Venue: Hospital Clínico Universitario and Facultad de Medicina, Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

Registration: The registration fee is 300 euros. Registration includes a summary of lectures, coffee breaks, two working lunches and a personalized certificate of attendance. The course program may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. There are 35 places available that will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
