Financial Management
The focus of our Specialized Management work is to optimize the research resources obtained by the research groups that make up IDIS, whether these resources come from competitive or non-competitive funding.
The IDIS Economic Management Department, in addition to the accounting and tax management typical of an organization like ours, performs the following tasks:
Researcher support
- Monitoring and justification of grants in collaboration with the Projects Department.
- Financial monitoring of research activities.
- Processing of expenses and income.
- Economic information on activities.
Business services
- Administrative contracting.
- Management of contracts, agreements, donations, etc.
- Management of expense/income invoices.
- Contact with financial institutions for treasury management.
- Processing of donations.
