Financial Management

Our Specialized Management efforts are focused on optimizing the research resources obtained by the research groups who make up IDIS, whether obtained by competitive acquisition or by non-competitive acquisition.

The Department of Financial Management at IDIS carries out the following tasks, in addition to the usual accounting and fiscal management of the organization:

Researcher Support

Monitoring and accountability of subsidies in collaboration with the Department of Projects.
Financial monitoring of research activities.
Processing of income and expenditure.
Financial information of the activities.

Services to businesses

Administrative procurement.
Management of contracts, agreements, donations, etc.
Management of expense/income invoices.
Contact with financial institutions for treasury management.
Processing of donations.
