Dr. Omar Al-Massadi joined the Health Research Institute of Santiago de Compostela in January 2021 as a Miguel Servet researcher. In recent years, he has developed a solid career in the field of metabolism and neuroendocrinology, which has provided him with the opportunity to have a transversal and integrative perspective on obesity and its related diseases.
